iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max feature a 48MP main camera, with a revamp notch called the Dynamic Island and more, price starting from RM5,299.

iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have been officially announced, providing more groundbreaking features than the slightly less expensive iPhone 14 models. Powered by the fastest A16 Bionic chipsets, the iPhone Pro model boasts major improvements in camera technology as well as the revolutionary Dynamic Island, which provides a new way to interact with the iPhone.

Starting off with the display, both iPhone 14 Pro models have a new Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion that delivers an Always-On display to iPhone for the first time. The display sizes are 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches, respectively. On the top of the display, it is built with a revamp notch dubbed as Dynamic Island which enables new ways to receive a notification, phone calls, switch songs in apple music, and show payment status via Face ID. 

For the camera system, both Pro models receive a significant upgrade that features a 48MP main camera with a quad-pixel sensor, accompanied with Photonic engine technology to capture more advanced image performance in low light settings. It also allows for full 48MP photography with ProRAW to capture images with remarkable detail for a more professional touch. The front-facing camera was hidden beneath the Dynamic Island, which incorporates a new front TrueDepth camera with a /1.9 aperture and autofocus feature to enable better low-light performance when capturing photos and videos.

Other notable features include the extended battery life that provides up to 23 hours of video playback in iPhone 14 Pro while up to 29 hours of video playback in iPhone 14 Pro Max, overall it will last more than an hour compared to iPhone 13 Pro models. Same as iPhone 14 model, it also supports Crash detection to send help effectively when a severe car crash is detected. Satellite connectivity is also supported but only will work in the United State and Canada starting November. 

Lastly, both iPhone 14 Pro models will be offered in four different gorgeous colors – deep purple, silver, gold, and space black while for pre-order in Malaysia will begin on September 16 and general sale will start on September 23. Furthermore, customers can choose between 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB for storage capacities and as expected, the price was slightly bump higher compared to iPhone 13 Pro model which start at RM4,899 last year, meanwhile for iPhone 14 Pro model will be priced start at RM5,299
