Xiaomi 12 Lite officially released in Malaysia with a price start at RM1,699

The latest model in the Xiaomi 12 series – the Xiaomi 12 Lite, debuted earlier this year in China. Now, the Xiaomi 12 Lite has finally made its official release in the Malaysian market.

The Xiaomi 12 Lite offers a “featherweight” design, weighing just 173g and measuring 7.29mm in thickness. It features a 6.55-inch, FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 920nits of maximum brightness. In addition, it includes support for HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, as well as a protective coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The rear panel features a matte color gradient, while the sides feature a flat-edged design.

In terms of performance, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, which is coupled with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
