OPPO Announces 2025 Photography Awards: “Super Every Moment.”

OPPO has officially announced the launch of its annual OPPO Photography Awards 2025, a global competition designed to celebrate and encourage distinctive visual storytelling through mobile photography. 

This year’s edition builds upon the success of previous years, which garnered over a million submissions from 81 countries, by introducing an expanded range of prizes and new categories. This enhancement underscores OPPO’s ongoing dedication to fostering creativity and innovation among its users worldwide, inspiring them to utilize OPPO’s advanced imaging technology to capture and share the beauty they observe in their daily lives.

The OPPO Photography Awards 2025 invites participants to explore the theme of “Super Every Moment,” celebrating the inherent beauty found in our daily experiences. The competition offers a diverse range of eight entry categories, including Snapshot, Youth, Live Photo, Connection, Portrait, Vibe, Photo Series, and Environment. These categories encourage creators to express their unique perspectives by capturing emotions, cultural nuances, and spontaneous occurrences through their lenses.

These categories underscore OPPO’s view that mobile photography goes beyond technology, focusing on preserving genuine, emotional stories that connect people globally. OPPO’s innovative imaging technology simplifies the process of turning ordinary moments into extraordinary “super moments” that radiate natural brilliance.

Recognizing Global Talent

The OPPO Photography Awards 2025 offers more substantial prizes and increased opportunities for recognition this year. Beyond the traditional Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards, the competition now features Jury’s Choice, Audience’s Choice, and Regional Awards. Furthermore, enhanced recognition for young photographers aims to spotlight a wider spectrum of talent and reward diverse photographic achievements.

This year’s entries will be evaluated by a distinguished panel of internationally acclaimed photographers. The esteemed jury includes Alec Soth from Magnum Photos, Hasselblad Masters Tang Hui and Tina Signesdottir Hult, leading Chinese fashion photographer Trunk Xu, Wang Jianjun, and Pete Lau, OPPO’s Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer.
