ASUS Unveil Vivobook S 15, its First Copilot+ PC Packed With AI Features

ASUS is set to mark a significant leap forward as the company announced its first Copilot+ PC with Windows AI features, the ASUS Vivobook S 15. 

The new device will be powered by the Snapdragon® X Elite with built-in Qualcomm® Hexagon™ NPU, boasting an amazing 45 TOPS Neural engine for swift on device AI processing. It also includes storage options up to ultrafast 1 TB PCIe® 4.0 SSD, with memory configurable up to 32 GB of 8448 MHz LPDDR5X RAM.

Packed with AI and Effortless Portability

The Vivobook S 15 focuses on the integration of AI technology thus, it provided few in-built AI functions such as Windows Studio Effects and an ASUS AiSense IR camera, which could detect its surrounding lighting and adjust the screen brightness accordingly. Moreover, it also has Adaptive Lock, which automatically locks the laptop when the user moves away and unlocks it when they return. 

The ASUS Vivobook S 15 is built for effortless portability as it is 14.7 mm ultra-slim and weighs 1.42 kg with all-metal design. The new device has a high-capacity 70Wh battery that offers up to 18 hours of uninterrupted work, with support for fast charging. 

Connectivity and Audiovisuals

For seamless on-the-go connectivity, the Vivobook S 15 is equipped with two USB4® ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, a microSD card reader, and an audio combo jack to amplify the user experience. Furthermore, the new device also supported the new WiFi 7 that ensures seamless streaming, effortless task completion, and lightning-fast downloads.

The ASUS Vivobook S 15 is built with 15.6-inch 3K 120 Hz ASUS Lumina OLED display that offers a cinema-grade 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 600 certified. Accompanied this remarkable display is a robust audio system certified by Harman Kardon, delivering immersive, multi-dimensional Dolby Atmos sound. 

The ASUS Vivobook S 15 is expected to be in Malaysia market in early Q3 2024.
