The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G were officially released by the global technology brand – OnePlus at today’s first ever official launch event in Malaysia. At the same event, the company also introduced a premium wireless audio – the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G.
The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G represents all the flagship essentials as it packs with the 80W SUPERVOOC fast charger where it is able to power up a 4500mAh battery to 100% instantly in 27 minutes. For the camera setup, on the rear camera it stacks a 50 MP Sony IMX766 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), 2 MP mono lens and 8 MP ultra-wide camera. Additionally, it also supports a Nightscape mode to capture photos in clear detail and natural colour even in low light conditions. On the front it is fitted with a 32 MP selfie camera that supports electronic image stabilisation (EIS) which gives clarity and sharpness of photo and video taken.
In terms of performance, it sports a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset accompanied by up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage to ensure delivering better gaming performance and overall more efficient power consumption. On the side note, it supports Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Hybrid 2.0 technology and also comes in pre-installed OxygenOS 12.1 based on Android 12 while sports a large 6.43 inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G is built in 190 g in weight and 8.2 mm in thickness, also it’s available in two stunning colour options – gray shadow and jade fog.
On the other hand, The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G offers a great value at the most accessible price. Powered by the Snapdragon 695 5G chipset accompanied by up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of storage. A large 5000 mAh battery is fitted inside that can charge instantly with a 33W SUPERVOOC fast charger where it able to refill the battery to 50% in just 30 minutes. On the front, it sports a 6.59 inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and also has pre-installed OxygenOS 12.1.
Besides that, The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G has a triple camera system consisting of 64MP main sensor and 2MP depth assist camera in order to capture an excellent shot in clarity. Further, it supports Nightscape to produce clearer, brighter and more dramatic photos. A 16 MP camera with electronic image stabilisation (EIS) is present on the front camera. Lastly, it offers two eye-catching colour options – blue tide and black dusk.
On top of that, OnePlus also brings two high quality audio devices that deliver an exceptional value at two different price points – the OnePlus Buds Pro and the OnePlus Nord Buds.
