iQOO has officially unveiled its latest flagship gaming smartphone, the iQOO 15, in China. This new model brings a major performance leap over the iQOO 13, debuting with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a stunning 2K AMOLED display, and a massive 7,000mAh battery.
Flagship Power with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5
At its core, the iQOO 15 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with a dedicated Q3 gaming chip for enhanced gaming performance.
It comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, offering lightning-fast multitasking and data speeds. The phone runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
Stunning 2K Samsung AMOLED LTPO Display
The device features a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 AMOLED LTPO panel with a 2K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 2,600 nits peak brightness.
It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, 2160Hz PWM dimming, DC Dimming, and houses an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for smooth, secure unlocking.
Triple 50MP Camera System
On the rear, the iQOO 15 sports a triple 50MP camera setup:
- 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor (1/1.56”) with OIS
- 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom
- 50MP ultrawide lens for expansive shots
For selfies, it packs a 32MP front camera, and there’s also a customizable RGB LED ring around the rear camera module for added flair.
7,000mAh Silicon-Carbon Battery with 100W Charging
Powering the device is a 7,000mAh single-cell silicon-carbon battery, supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging.
It also features smart bypass and reverse charging, making it as practical as it is powerful.
Advanced Cooling & Durability
To maintain top performance during intense gaming, the iQOO 15 comes with a 14,000mm² vapor chamber cooling system, dual stereo speakers, and IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and dual-band GPS.
