The vivo X300 series uses the BlueVolt Battery system which combines fourth-generation silicon anode technology with semi-solid electrolyte materials to deliver both higher capacity and stronger reliability. The vivo X300 series is equipped with an 8T LTPO display boasting up to 2000 nits global peak brightness. It also uses 2160 Hz Full-Range Luminance PWM Dimming and DC Dimming for superior eye protection.

The vivo X300 series features a Unibody 3D Glass Design with a seamless camera module and a rear coral velvet glass with a silky, fingerprint-resistant, frosted texture.

The vivo X300 is designed to be compact and balanced, featuring a 6.31-inch flat display. It is remarkably slim at just 7.95mm and light, weighing only 190g. In contrast, the vivo X300 Pro has a larger 6.78-inch flat display and a sleek 7.99mm body, offering a more professional and premium look.
